Smudging is the burning of herbs or incense for cleansing, purification, protection of physical and spiritual bodies, banishment of negative energies and creation of sacred space. Our healing crew uses a variety of cleansing methods dependant on the need of the energies or environment to be cleansed including smudging and sacred ceremony. Smudging releases the energy and fragrance of the herbs and botanicals so they can heal, cleanse and purify.

 

Spirit Guide Channelling

Spirit Guides are spirits who are assigned to individual human beings, who tend them as wards. Everybody has at least one personal spirit guide at any one time, but most people have several or lots of them, which may come and go in the course of a lifetime. Spiritual Guides come in all sorts of shapes and sizes and from all types of cultures.
